It was clean, private, and the staff's nice and caring. They have a really good staff, and they work as a team well. They do have two or three programs a day for special care.

After trying to get through via phone about 5 times with 0 success, I finally had to go inside-which I did not want to do as my roommate has Covid. Staffing hours per resident is the total number of hours worked by the staff divided by the total number of residents. The paramedics told me she was in really bad shape. Her weakened immune system lead to her catching covid. If legacy would have done there job my mother never would have been exposed to covid and would still be alive today.
